    In the center of each panel, a pink lotus flower emerges from the water. It is surrounded by orange and pink blossoms and green leaves on a dark green background. The two lower panels are decorated with a simple geometric line drawing on the same green background. The frames are carved to imitate a double row of bamboo and on the inside are left naturally the colour of the wood, while on the outside there is a simple gold line drawing on a red background. The frieze around the top is carved into a geometric pattern.
